We are a tight-knit group of individuals who love our jobs and the work we do to disrupt a very stagnant Canadian telecommunications market. It’s out with the old and in with the new, and here at Versature, we love shiny new pieces of technology.
Our team is leading the way with our advanced marketing, sales, customer onboarding, customer support, and billing processes. We continually modernize and update the ways in which we do business.
Team building activities, lunch dates, friendly competitions, office shenanigans, and a casual work environment make every day new and enjoyable. There is a special emphasis placed on personal and team recognition for outstanding accomplishments and overall, Versature strives to enhance the lives (both personal and professional) of each person working here.
As Paul Emond, Versature founder and CEO, puts it “I had no interest in putting on a suit and working in a stuffy office environment every day”. And so, he and his executive team worked hard to build Versature on the foundation of a happy and healthy corporate culture. We were honoured to have received the Canadian Telecommunications Employer of Choice Award in 2015 in recognition of these efforts.
