How To: Send an Attended Call Transfer

Sending an Attended or “Warm” Call Transfer gives users the opportunity to introduce the caller to the intended recipient before performing the call transfer. The steps for performing an Attended Call Transfer may differ slightly depending on your organization’s default phone configuration. If you are an Admin and would like to modify your organization’s default Call Transfer behaviour, please contact Versature Technical Support at 877-498-3772 option 3. This functionality is the same on both Polycom VVX 300/310 and 400/410 models.

How To: Send a Blind Call Transfer

A Blind or “Cold” Call Transfer allows users to transfer a live call quickly without introducing the caller to the recipient in the minimum number of button presses. The steps for performing a Blind Call Transfer may differ slightly depending on your organization’s default phone configuration. If you are an Admin and would like to modify your organization’s default Call Transfer behaviour, please contact Versature Technical Support at 877-498-3772 option 3. This functionality is the same on both Polycom VVX 500 and 600 models.
