Lane’s Insurance is a leading Calgary-based brokerage serving Alberta. They work with clients to determine their exact insurance needs, and ensure that they and their assets are fully protected at all times.

Goal 

To find a reliable VoIP provider with a focus on quality and customer service to replace an existing, poor quality VoIP solution that couldn’t scale to meet the needs of the busy insurance firm.

Situation 

The team at Lane’s Insurance are very familiar with the benefits of VoIP but initially went with a smaller local provider to provide phone service for their organization. Unfortunately the provider didn’t have the infrastructure and support that would be able to deliver crystal clear call quality and the level of services required to meet the demand of the firm. After experiencing repeated technical glitches and not receiving the level of service they required, Lane’s decided they needed to switch providers, fast before it impacted their business.
