We’re so excited to launch our new knowledge platform, Versature Academy!

Versature Academy has a wide range of tutorials and walkthroughs on how to use your Versature products. It’s the second-best place to get help on all things Versature. The best place of course is to get in touch with our award-winning technical support team, but we know how important it is to feel confident and self-sufficient with your phone solution.

Currently, Versature Academy has tutorials for SONAR and our range of Polycom desk phones, with tutorials on our conference phones, integrations, and more in the works.

Tyler Cooper serves as Versature’s Director of Client Services, bringing 15+ years of customer relations experience to the telecommunications space. Tyler is an entrepreneur with a background in the private hospitality industry and a customer-centric approach to project management. As a member of the Coaching Association of Canada as well as an ambassador for the Sick Not Weak mental health initiative, Tyler is committed to helping and supporting various members of his community.
