Serving the needs of over 140 real estate agents and their clients, RE/MAX CORE is a bustling hub of activity. Managing listings, booking showings, and staying ahead of client needs keep staff busy on the phones all day with as many as 10 calls being required to book and confirm a single appointment with all vested parties. RE/MAX CORE needed a way to streamline the appointment setting process and were optimistic about finding a solution that worked with the LoneWolf real estate brokerage CRM where contact phone numbers and appointment details were stored.


After assessing the unique requirements of the brokerage, Versature was able to adapt the functionality of the Versature Google Chrome Click-to-Dial web extension to be compatible with the LoneWolf CRM and meet the needs of agents and office administrators.
