Company: Corporate Massage Therapy offers corporate health programs to corporate and government clients as well as registered massage therapy and physiotherapy services to private clients.
Goal: Appear more professional to inbound callers by having a direct phone number and an automated attendant, and ensure that employees could be accessible at any time — even when offsite at a client location.
Situation: Before choosing the Versature's Hosted PBX, Corporate Massage Therapy employees used cellular phones to make and receive calls. "There was no main phone number for clients to call and we wanted to portray an image as professional as our services" remembers Mr. Francoeur.
"Incoming calls would ring every one of our office phones simultaneously, so it was impossible for our clients to reach a specific employee directly," recalls Mr. Francoeur.
And, the company's cross-country clients had to pay long distance charges whenever they called MediaDoc. When MediaDoc learned of the high costs its existing phone provider would charge for employee phone extensions and a 1-800 numbers, it began looking for an alternative carrier.
Solution & Results: After being referred to Versature, Corporate Massage Therapy learned about the benefits of a business voice-over Internet protocol (VOIP) phone service and how it could be used to route incoming calls to employee cell phones through an automated attendant.
