The Versature Virtual PBX service provides your business with an automated answering service. This service will answer calls for your business and route calls to designated employees.

With our Virtual PBX system, you receive:

  • One phone number to provide to all callers – no matter where your employees or satellite offices are located.
  • An auto-attendant that answers your calls and presents call routing options to your callers
  • Unique extensions for each employee complete with voicemail, voicemail-to-e-mail and find-me/follow-me functionality.

How it Works

Using Versature’s Virtual PBX system, your staff can decide how to direct calls made to their extensions. Employees can choose to have calls ring their office phones, their cell phones, their home offices or even at the cottage. All phones can ring at once, or the rings can cascade from one location to the next.

As with a traditional phone system, any call to the Versature Virtual PBX that is not answered will go to an employee’s voicemail box. Employees can access their voicemail from any phone using a pin code, or even via e-mail. Voicemail messages can be sent as .wav recordings to an employee’s e-mail inbox and listened to from any computer or “smartphone”.
